Ter Yee Pei, Christine

戴瑜霈

Christine Ter Yee Pei is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and the founder of TER CHAMBERS (戴律師事務所). She holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom, and has completed the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) and a Professional Diploma in International Arbitration (PDIA).

Her practice covers conveyancing and property work, loan and bank financing documentation, tenancy preparation, probate and estate administration, divorce and family law, and litigation. Based in Klang, she serves clients across the Klang Valley and beyond.

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and Hokkien, she serves a diverse community with clarity and care. Clients can expect practical advice, transparent communication, and careful handling from first enquiry through completion.

Inside the Firm

Our Klang office

The firm occupies two office units on the upper floor above two shoplots at No. 36-1 & 38-1, Jalan Batai Laut 4, Taman Intan, 41300 Klang. It is on the same row as Maybank at Intan Millennium, and a few minutes’ walk from Teluk Pulai Bak Kut Teh.

Clients are welcome to come in during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The floor holds a reception area, a client lounge, a consultation room and a meeting room, so a consultation, a signing and a conference can all be arranged on the same visit.
